The Bible says

Proverbs 1:5
Let the wise listen to these proverbs and become even wiser.
Let those with understanding receive guidance.

So how dose the wise get wisdom

Deuteronomy 4:1-2;5-6
Now, O Israel, listen to the statutes and the judgments (the Written Torah) which I teach you to observe, that you may live, and go in and possess the land which the Yahweh Elohim of your fathers is giving you. 2 You shall not add to the word (the Written Torah) which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Yahweh your Elohim which I command you.5 Surely I have taught you statutes and judgments (the Written Torah), just as the Yahweh my Elohim commanded me, that you should act according to them in the land which you go to possess. 6 Therefore be careful to observe them; for this is your Wisdom and your Understanding in the sight of the peoples who will hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.

So the Written Torah is are wisdom.

Proverbs 3:35
The wise inherit honor,
but fools are put to shame!

Why are the fools put to shame ? First let's see who they are and then we will see why they are put to shame.

Proverbs 1:7
Fear of the Yahweh is the foundation of true knowledge,
but fools despise wisdom and discipline.

Here we see fools despise wisdom which is the Written Torah and they also despise discipline which is what the Written Torah teaches

Proverbs 1:31
Therefore, they (the fools) must eat the bitter fruit of living their own way,choking on their own schemes.

Jeremiah 18:12
But the people (the fools) replied,We will continue to live as we want, stubbornly following our own evil desires.

This is why they are put to shame, because they are stubbornly following there own evil desires and not the Written Torah of Yahweh. therefore they eat the bitter fruit of living their own way. they have rejected knowledge which is the Written Torah of Yahweh. this is why Hosea says,

Hosea 4:6
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the Written Torah of Yahweh, I will also forget thy children.

The fools say in there heart,
Depart from us; for we desire not the knowledge of thy ways (the Written Torah). Job 21:14
so the fools make up there own way and they use it to control people. this is why Yahshua said,

Why do ye also transgress the Written Torah of Yahweh by your tradition? Matthew 15:3
and therefor they Make the word of Elohim of none effect,Mark 7:13 and this is why the bible says

There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. Proverbs 14:12

and again in Proverbs 12:15
The way of a fool is right in his own eyes: but he that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise.

So please be wise and listen to to the Written Torah which is are Wisdom and Understanding in the sight of people.
Please do not be foolish.

Matthew 7:24-27
24Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

25And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

26And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:

27And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.
